I upped the ISO a bit to 400 so I wouldn't have to use a tripod, and chose an Fstop of 4.5 (as low as the lens will go), and a 1/10th of a second shutter speed. I experimented with different settings, hut I found this range to work the best, when I went over ISO 400 the noise became quite a bit more noticeable.
