Mount Fuji as viewed from lake Tanukiko, Shizuoka, Japan

Such a beautiful spot... my wife and I were inspired to visit from the work of =billsabub and we fell in love with the place.

You should, it's such a beautiful spot... my wife and i fell in love with it and will be spending a weekend there when it warms up a bit (they have a beautiful hotel that overlooks the lake, such a spectacular view). It7d be cool if you made it own here one day, Id love to show you around =)

great place, subject, details for long exposures... have you ever tried it?

I did some experimenting while I was there... I took along an ND400 filter and tried some long exposures and I did an "HDR" version of this as well. It actually looks better then this one exposure wise but I'm having some problems getting the color right (there's a sort of purple blotchy appearance to the top of the sky that I can't get rid of :cries:)
